Hands of Hope Foundation is a grassroots 501(c)3 nonprofit serving the community in Prince George's County, Maryland. We provide a place to come for support, information and counseling. Our team has first-hand experience caring for love ones, friends and neighbors. We feel privileged to share our experiences and knowledge with others.
We are pleased to offer our services and our annual conference at no charge to participants. This is made possible because of a core group of compassionate volunteers, supportive partners and generous contributions from you.
